NOTE: This recipe can be made to eat fresh if you don't have processing equipment. It can stay good in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
1. fill a jar with fresh sweet violets or purple viola's
2. Fill that jar with boiling water. Let it sit for 24 hours
3. Strain out flowers and
put liquid in pot
4. Add the juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 of a cup)
5. Add 1/2 cup - 1 cup honey for each quart of liquid.
5. bring the liquid mixture to a boil reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
