We start with 4 cups of Organic gluten free rolled oats ( not instant)
we add 1 1/2 cups of our favorite nuts or seeds
1/2 cup of gluten free quinoa flakes or some other gluten free flour
Then you need some honey 2/3 cup melted with 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil.
1/2 tsp salt, and cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together in a bowl then spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 20 min. stirring once. If you like your granola chunky then wait for it to cool before you put it in a container. If you like it small then stir it as it cools so that it doesn't clump together.
add 1 1/2 cups of your favorite dried fruit after the granola has cooled.
Its simple and delicious and you know what is in it when you are done.
